. Proven experience supporting neurodivergent clients.
. Strong expertise in mental health care.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure high-quality, holistic care.Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.Maintain accurate daily client notes and promptly report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.Support clients with mobility aids, range-of-motion exercises, and non-sterile dressings, under the supervision of an RN.Why Join Us?
