Personal Care Worker - Collar

We are hiring a passionate Personal Care Workers to join our Residential Aged Care temp workforce in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
Multiple shifts available daily & opportunity to book your roster 2-3 weeks in advance.
What will I be doing?
Personal care of residents in residential Aged Care facilities  Assisting RNs with documentation of vital signs, medication administration and resident assessments  Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
Infection control and prevention  Palliative care, restorative care and pain management  Liaising with residents' family, doctors, and allied health professionals  Key Requirements For Success  Cert III in Aged care or Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent COVID Vaccinations & Annual Flu Shot Current first aid & CPR  6 months minimum full-time experience of working in Aged Care as an PCW in Australia  Current Police Check (under 12 months old) & NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain     Perks and Rewards Generous pay & penalty rates Ad hoc shifts & block shifts available Flexibility to work AM/PM/Nights & rotating rosters   Employee wellbeing focus with 24/7 access to our employee assistance program Full staffed afterhours team Should I apply for this role?
