DescriptionThe successful candidates will have a strong background in Community Aged and/or Disability Care and will thrive on working in a close-knit team and have a passion for delivering the highest quality in client care.
ResponsibilitiesProvide personal and domestic care.Deliver exceptional client care in accordance with the highest standards.Work autonomously and as part of a team.Participate in further education opportunities.Minimum RequirementsCertificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Services (mandatory)At least one year's relevant experienceProfessionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their familiesWell presented, reliable and resilientGood judgment, quick decision-making and excellent communication skillsCurrent National Police ClearanceCurrent First Aid and CPR qualifications, or willing to obtainDriver's licence and your own carLocal knowledge and a strong network in the Lower North Shore area would be highly desirableUnderstanding of the Government funding environment for aged care & NDIS and hospital discharge environment would be desirableOn offer will be excellent remuneration, a pleasant working environment and various other benefits.
