We are currently seeking passionate Personal Care Workers
to join our Care team at our Moran Stockton
home, Newcastle. Multiple positions and various shifts available! Part-Time Roles!
Night shifts: 22:30pm to 06:30am
Reporting to the Care Manager, you will provide quality care and companionship to residents living in our residential home to support their independence and improve their quality of life through activities. You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us. You will work with a great team of dedicated people, and your contribution will make a difference to our residents' enjoyment of their life every day. Moran offers a rewarding work environment consisting of modern facilities and equipment and supports individuals to further develop their skills. About the Role
Providing high-quality essential care, personal assistance, and companionship to our residents in accordance with the individual resident's care plan. The Care Team also includes Registered Nurses, Lifestyle, and Allied Health professionals. Interacting daily with our residents and their families, taking the time to get to know each resident's individual needs and preferences. Assisting residents daily, contributing to resident wellbeing, providing personal hygiene and grooming, nourishment, mobility, and other daily basic needs as well as the delivery of lifestyle activities.
About You
Certificate III in Individual Support Commitment to providing a high standard of care and service Ability to work in a team and be supportive of your colleagues Basic computer skills Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Highly organised with strong planning skills.
