Byron Bay, Lismore & Far North Coast NSW Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) Part-time positions available | Above award rates | Salary sacrificing - up to $18K (Increase your take-home pay!)
Essential Qualifications & Skills Certificate III or IV in Individual Support Aged Care (essential).
Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential).
Ability to assist residents with personal care and day-to-day activities.
Strong interpersonal skills : Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for residents and their families.
Awareness of privacy, dignity, and confidentiality .
Ability to identify and report changes in residents' conditions.
A current permit to work in Australia .

What You'll Be Doing Delivering exceptional personal care to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
