Essential Qualifications & Skills Certificate III or IV in Individual Support Aged Care (essential).Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential).Ability to assist residents with personal care and day-to-day activities.Strong interpersonal skills: Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for residents and their families.Awareness of privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.Ability to identify and report changes in residents' conditions.A current permit to work in Australia.Why Join Us?
