What this role offers: Available Roles: Personal Carers with 12+ months experience
Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
Contract hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
Hourly Rate: $32.85 - $33 per hour + 11.5% super + 92c km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing: Personal Care: Helping our clients with showering, dressing, medication reminders, and mobility supportDomestic Support: Providing assistance with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, cooking, and shopping - this plays a big part of your roleCompanionship: Being a friendly face and offering emotional support to clients - you'll become someone they look forward to seeing!Transporting & Social Support: Taking clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, allowing them to live their best lifeWhat We're Looking For: Experience & Heart: You bring a background in aged care or healthcare and a true passion for helping others. Experience in caregiving, disability support, or nursing is a bonus but not essential!Qualification: A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar is a bonus, but your experience and commitment are what really matterFlexibility to work: Be able to commit to at least 3 days a week between our service hours of 7AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday - we're about flexibility!Commitment: to our awesome paid 2-week Brilliant@Basics training when you start!
