We are currently seeking experienced Aged Care and Disability Support Workers to provide support to our aging clients or clients living with a disability.
The successful applicant will be: Emotionally aware, resilient and responsive to the changing support needs of our clients
Sensitive and adaptable to client's different personalities, cultural backgrounds and family/ house dynamics
Genuine, reliable workers with inherent integrity and respect for individual choice and client confidentiality
Flexible availability including weekend work

Qualifications Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support & corresponding transcript
Current Australian National Police Check & Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
Relevant experience working with aged and/or person with a disability (desirable)
Current unrestricted driver's licence and comprehensive care insurance
NDIS worker screen clearance and orientation module certificate
student - minimum 120 hours completed at clinical work placement
Preferred Skills The successful applicant will have the following skills:
Supporting clients to achieve their goals
Outstanding service manner and desire to make a difference
Transferring clients in and out of bed, chairs and providing other mobility assistance
Showering and toileting (including bowel care)
Housework, meal preparation and other light domestic assistance.
Transporting clients with a reliable roadworthy vehicle
