About the role
We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to bring joy to our resident's day.
Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be: Providing support and care according to the Care Plan and residents preferences and strengths Applying person-centred care approaches to all interactions with residents Considering the residents individual needs, stage of life, development and strengths when engaging in support activities To be successful with your application you will need to be able to commit to a variety of the shifts below

Monday 0700-15002200-0715 Tuesday 1500-22001600-21002200-0715 Thursday 1600-2215 Friday 1600-2215 Week 2
Monday 0700-15151500-22002200-0715 Tuesday 2200-0715 Thursday 1600-2100 Sunday 0700-1400 About you
You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care.
To be considered for these roles, you will need: Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support Previous experience working in an aged care facility Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team NDIS Worker Screening Check
