Personal Care Assistant - PPT and Casual Meracare Wangaratta are looking for passionate and experienced Personal Care Assistants to join our team working across AM, PM and ND shifts

on a Casual and Part-Time basis. Our personal care staff are the people who we trust to provide the very best quality care to all of our residents every day. You will also be responsible for assisting the nursing staff by observing and reporting promptly any changes in the wellbeing of residents, as well as helping to maintain ADL's and daily living activities including personal hygiene, grooming, oral hygiene etc. What to expect:

Providing quality support to residents with their activities of daily living Working collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit Completing reporting and daily documentation, incident reports and review care plans Creating a positive environment with a resident-focused mindset Interacting with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner

We require:

Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) Experience in a personal care role in Aged Care (desirable) Current satisfactory police clearance Current NDIS workers screening check Evidence of COVID vaccinations (including booster) Evidence of current Influenza vaccination (desirable) Staff to work with our residents to achieve their goals
