The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides essential support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities due to age, illness, or disability.

Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Some positions may require additional coursework or training in caregiving or related fields.Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a caregiving or personal assistance role preferred.Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills.Certifications: Required certifications, such as CPR or first aid (Optional).Other Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and assist with physical mobility; valid driver's license may be required.Physical Demands: Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and assisting with mobility.Capacity to work in various home environments and handle emergency situations.Work Environment: This position involves working in a client's home or other designated locations.
