As a Personal Care Assistant you will partner with residents to support their daily routine, personal care needs, lifestyle and choices and ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged, as you work as part of a supportive, dedicated team at St Vincent's Care Services, Carseldine.

Because at St Vincent's, kindness works for us. Minimum Requirements:Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
Not currently studying as we need you to have flexibility for the shifts on offer 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
Must be available to work permanent part time
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
