Do you enjoy working with older people in their homes and community? Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our CHRH@Home team to provide care to our Home Care Package and Transition Care clients. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality and friendly service, by assisting clients with activities of daily living, personal care, social and therapeutic outings, and in home respite.
Our client demographic includes Creswick, Clunes, Daylesford, Trentham and Kyneton and surrounding suburbs in the Hepburn Shire and Macedon Ranges areas. Ability to travel to all areas is required. Confidence in rural driving is an advantage as the role includes driving clients to appointments across our region. Carers with Certificate III in Aged and Community Care (or equivalent) and also student nurses are encouraged to apply.
Days and hours of work are flexible.

About CHRH: Central Highlands Rural Health (CHRH) is a rural health organisation that operates five campuses across Hepburn Shire and the Macedon Ranges in the Central Highlands of Victoria in Australia, north and north-west of Melbourne. It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019. Each of our campuses retains the name of the township in which they are situated - Clunes Health, Creswick Health, Daylesford Health, Kyneton Health, and Trentham Health.
