The Role
We are looking for our next Personal Banking Consultant superstars to join our high energy Contact Centre team.
Engaging with our Members (via our small contact-centre, AND face to face) to assist with day-to-day enquiries such as internet banking, transfers, opening accounts, term deposits, visa card support and much more.
Provide technical assistance to our members such as MOVE Bank's mobile application, digital wallets and internet banking.
Conducting quality conversations with members to uncover their savings, insurance and personal lending needs.
Recommending our award-winning products using needs-based selling techniques.
Help your team achieve high performance and have fun in the process.
The Person
To be considered for this position you will need a minimum of 2 years contact centre or banking environment experience and;
A can-do attitude to help members with their financial requirements.
Energy and passion for tailoring member-specific solutions to meet member's needs.
To demonstrate your experience as a team player and display your excellent communication skills.
An ability to be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and passion to learn.
