Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing a seamless end to end customer experience by advising on appropriate products and services
Being the brand ambassador for HSBC in our branch and liaising directly with customers
Introducing, promoting and assisting customers with digital banking solutions
Contributing to fulfil customer's needs by providing personal banking products and services with a customer centric approach
Managing customer feedback and enquiries
Participating in ongoing training and development plans
