About you
You're looking for a job where you get genuine variety in your work. You love understanding your customers' needs to deliver solutions that help them thrive. You will be comfortable working in a changing environment as we adapt to digitization and educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.

You'll bring:

Extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment
An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different
Understanding of financials and business performance
Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential

About the role
Our vision is to become Australia's bank of choice, and you'll play an important part in helping us achieve that. The Personal Banker – Relief role is Permanent Full time but enables you to work across a range of branches, allowing you to have genuine variety in your work week. You'll get variety, moving between front-of-house concierge, finding solutions and educating customers, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
This position is located across Holland Park, Ascot, and Brisbane City Branches, where flexibility is key and relief allowances will apply. The role is PART TIME. The roster is 72 hours per fortnight, Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:30pm.

Why us?
Belong to a wonderful team of people. Great benefits, work-life balance and flexibility. You bring your brilliant mind and we'll help you take your learning to the next level with our on-the-job training and internal and external development opportunities - we want you to shine. After all, YOU make us the better big bank.
At Bendigo and Adelaide Bank we believe a diverse workforce supported by an inclusive culture is central to our success, and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business. We support candidate requests for adjustments to accommodate an illness, injury or disability to equitably participate in the selection process, and of course, if successful, the workplace.

Screening and interviews may commence prior to closing date.
Please note – once you have submitted your application you will receive an email to complete a Pymetrics Online Gaming Assessment. This will take approx. 20-25 minutes and is required to ensure a fair and equitable process. Following this, you will be contacted to advise of next steps. Please check your junk folder if the email is not received within 30 minutes.
