You'll bring: Experience in a customer service or sales environment.An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly.An eagerness to understand and share with others what makes our bank different.Comfortable working with databases and in a compliance-oriented environment.Experience in the banking and finance industry or consumer lending - a plus but certainly not essential.About the role Our vision is to become Australia's bank of choice, and you'll play an important part in helping us achieve that.
The Personal Banker role delivers exceptional customer service as you get to know your customers and their circumstances to find the right solutions for their needs.
You'll get variety, moving between front-of-house concierge, finding solutions and educating customers, as well as providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle.
This position is located in Bairnsdale. The role is part-time. The roster is 54 hours per fortnight, working 9am – 4:15pm, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
