Your Role: Personal Bankers are directly responsible for proactively contributing to the growth of the region through needs-based member contact, timely and professional advice, exceptional service delivery, and ongoing relationship management.
As a Personal Banker, this role will be the first point of contact for our Members to service their everyday banking needs such as taking enquires and processing applications on Saving Account Products, Insurances, Personal loans and Credit cards, while educating our members on digital Banking solutions.
In this role you will be expected but not limited to:
Providing seamless end to end banking experienceMaking outbound calls to new and prospective membersReferring mortgage enquires to our mortgage specialistNew Memberships, Deposit Accounts, General Insurance, and referrals to the Retirement Product Specialist.Creating meaningful conversation with members by building trust and confidenceBuilding relationships within the Defence CommunityEducating our members to adopt and use digital banking toolsAbout You We're looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking and strong level of numeracy talented individuals to join our team.
