**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for designated executives, ensuring no conflicts arise.
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Handle correspondence through email and phone, responding promptly to inquiries and relaying important messages.

2. **Communication Coordination**:
- Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external partners, communicating information and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Foster effective communication channels to ensure all parties are informed of changes and updates promptly.

3. **Project Management**:
- Support various special projects or initiatives as assigned, tracking timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct research and compile relevant information to assist in project development and implementation.

4. **Organizational Tasks**:
- Maintain an organized system for filing and document management, both digital and physical, ensuring that important documents are easily accessible.
- Assist in preparing and organizing materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.

5. **Time Management**:
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage workload and deadlines, while remaining adaptable to changing demands.
- Work closely with team members to ensure prompt follow-up on outstanding tasks and project updates.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant coursework in business administration or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
