About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive candidate to assist in the administrative affairs of the Warden's Office to ensure its smooth operation. The incumbent will offer administrative and secretarial support, and professional liaison with staff, those in governance roles, other Colleges and senior community leaders from a variety of fields.
Skills & Experience To be considered for this role, ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role or be an absolute 'star' administrator looking for your next step in your career. You will have a warm, respectful, professional approach to your interactions with those around you, and have the ability think on your feet to anticipate the demands of the Warden (CEO). A positive, flexible mindset and professional discretion are key to succeed in this environment.
Contract Type: Full-time, ongoing position
Salary: FTE $85,431 plus 11% superannuation and leave loading 17.5%
