Salary: Level 6: $99, 259 - $102, 060 per year - Unaveraged (works during school break) Your new role: The Personal Assistant to the Principal has a dual responsibility; ensuring effective, timely and confidential administrative support is provided to the Principal, as well as acting as Office Manager, overseeing the day-to-day management of the Front Office support function who are the primary administrative and service providers to staff, students, school visitors and families, and external third parties.

Key Capabilities/Experience Qualifications & Registrations: Relevant level of education (e.g. Certificate, Diploma, or Traineeship) in a specific role discipline is preferred but not essential e.g. Office Management, Business Administration/Support, Events Management, Business Communications, or Commerce etc.) Relevant industry accreditation and/or registrations per role discipline Current Working with Children Check Knowledge & Experience: Some experience in a similar position, ideally within an educational setting Relevant, demonstrable level of industry and technical knowledge in role discipline Previous experience within a school- operational or administrative-related setting (preferred but not essential) Skills & Attributes: Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise professionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including families. Capacity to lead administration staff teams Ability to critically analyse and interpret data (e.g., quotations and cost comparisons, use of online administrative systems- Compass, Phris) and synthesise practical recommendations or actionable objectives.
