Personal Assistant to the Head of Branded & Associate NetworksThis role is required to provide confidential administrative support at an executive level, including the preparation of correspondence and reports, policies and procedures, support for preparation of presentations to various stakeholder groups, and making detailed arrangements for meetings and associated travel.
The position requires strong initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently and confidentially, to meet the needs of our Head of Branded & Associate Networks.
Key Responsibilities in this role: Provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Executive including word processing, presentations, and filing.Carry out special projects as directed by the Head of Branded & Associate Networks.Answer and screen calls on behalf of the Head of Branded & Associate Networks and action when necessary.Arrange travel and accommodation for senior management as required.Reconcile expense accounts and prepare expense statements for claims.Organise and coordinate company functions on behalf of the Executive and senior managers.Prepare the boardroom for functions including luncheons and organizing catering facilities when required.Prepare agendas for Executive Committee meetings as required.Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings to parties involved.Effectively meet and greet clients.The ideal candidate must have: A qualification in finance, commerce, or business (advantageous but not essential).Experience in travel retail or travel in general is a must have.High standard of successful performance in a similar position.Previous experience in working in a similar role.High level written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and the ability to structure communication to recipient audience(s).High level relationship building skills.Exemplary interpersonal skills including negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution.Ability to prioritize and sequence activities.High level problem solving, investigation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.Helloworld Travel Employee Benefits: The opportunity to work for an industry leader.A vibrant and energetic work environment.Access to exclusive travel discounts.Career progression and development opportunities.How To Apply: Helloworld Travel Limited is an equal opportunity employer that encourages diversity in its staff.
