I am currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent Personal Assistant position for a highly successful Property Management company based in the heart of Sydney CBD.
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Senior Project Manager. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This organisation has a great supportive culture and has stunning city views. Please note: You must be able to work in the office full-time - this is not a WFH role. Your new role Manage the Senior Project Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Senior Project Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Maintain accurate records and project files.
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct research and gather information to support project planning and decision-making.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
