Personal Assistant to Director & High Performing Agent!HUGE salary of up to $100k!Monday - Friday RoleExcellent Team Culture & Amazing OfficeThe Client:

The Role:
As a Personal Assistant to the firm's busy Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Your responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic, ensuring that no two days are the same. Key duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing the director's diary, emails, and appointmentsPreparing proposals and documentation for clientsOverseeing database and compliance managementAssisting with lead entry into the CRM and following up on inquiriesConducting morning updates with the team to keep deals and settlements on trackManaging referral fees and client gifts after settlementsSupporting general marketing initiatives and social media managementHandling ad hoc projects and tasks as neededThe Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent priority management skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks effectively. We are looking for someone who possesses:
