Waverley Christian College is a forward thinking and culturally diverse Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College has an enrolment of over 2400 students with 400 staff across both campuses in 2024.
We are seeking a full time Personal Assistant to provide high level personal administrative support to the Head of Wantirna South Primary for a fixed term contract, to backfill another employee. Note that if that employee were to return early part time, the hours for this role could reduce from full time to part time. While we anticipate this contract to be 12 months in length, it could be shorter with four weeks' notice.
Areas of responsibility for the Personal Assistant include diary management, tracking finances, setting up Teams files and communications, supporting our parent – teacher interview process, facilitating contact and meetings with relevant parties and organising travel and catering as required. With strong Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking, communication, and detail-oriented skills, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and adaptability are key, along with a knack for learning new systems.
