Personal Assistant to Director of Teaching and LearningWaverley Christian College is a Christian co-educational school from Kinder to Year 12. We have been providing students with a quality Christian educational experience for over 40 years. With campuses in Wantirna South and Narre Warren South, Waverley Christian College will have an enrolment of over 2200 students across both campuses in 2024.
The Wantirna South Campus is seeking a Part Time (FTE 0.6) Personal Assistant to the Director of Teaching and Learning. We are seeking a candidate to provide high level personal administrative support to the Director of Teaching and Learning. Areas of responsibility include diary management, drafting correspondence, sourcing information, facilitating contact and meetings with relevant parties and organizing travel and catering as required. With strong multitasking, communication, and detail-oriented skills, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and adaptability are key, along with a knack for learning new systems.
