Personal Assistant To Director

Land Specialist's Central Coast office is looking for a full time Personal Assistant to the Director.
We are a team which includes lawyers, town planners, property consultants and admin staff.
We are located at the Mariners Centre of Excellence in Tuggerah.
We project manage large residential subdivisions ($250M+) and large commercial developments ($500M+) and appear in the Land and Environment Court for planning and property related matters.
We also have various litigation matters in the Supreme Court and Local Court.
We strive to maintain a low stress and fun working environment.
Hours can be made flexible.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
The position is to start late January/early February 2025.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating appointments, meetings, and daily schedules for the Director and team, including preparation for meetings as needed, which includes setting up zoom/Teams meetings.Managing telephone and email inquiries, including responding or redirecting them appropriatelyAssisting with the management of large-scale projects, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met by the teamServing as a liaison between the Director, local councils, other law firms, tenants and clientsConducting basic property research and assist with property management tasksPerforming general office duties, including ensuring the office is well-stocked and cleanDrafting, sending, and following up on letters and documents as requiredUtilising a range of computer applications to organise, manage, and track tasks and communicationsKeeping track of the Director's tasks, ensuring nothing is missedRunning errands and making site visits for projects as neededLiaising with tenants and assisting with the preparation of leasesPreparing documents for electronic signature in DocusignManaging your personal workflow and tasks.Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Must demonstrate punctuality, clear communication, and have a positive attitudeNo experience required, as on the job training will be provided, although previous experience in a law firm, Council or real estate office would be favourable.Must like being organised and ticking off lists.Must have good telephone mannerMust have great attention to detailPlease apply through the Seek.com "apply for this job" function with a cover letter addressed to Heath Bonnefin and your CV.
