In this vital role, you will provide professional executive support to both the Community Nursing Director and the Allied Health Director.
Your contributions will ensure smooth operations and efficiency, enabling both Directors to focus on leading the team and delivering high-quality services.
From minute-taking to managing office systems and preparing important documentation, you'll be at the heart of our organisation's operations.
Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the Community Nursing Director and Allied Health Director, ensuring efficient operation.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and manage action items to ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
Establish and maintain effective office systems and procedures for smooth day-to-day operations.
Utilise computer software including Microsoft Office, PCMS, Basware, and more to support executive needs and communications.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in providing confidential and professional support to executive-level staff.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Expertise in minute-taking, preparing agendas, and handling administrative documentation.
Proficiency in word processing, desktop publishing, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PCMS, and Basware.
A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on contributing to team success.
