Hours : 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday - In Office

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager, you will not only support the day-to-day operations but also play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can anticipate the needs of the CEO, and takes pride in implementing ideas that enhance the business. Essentially, you'll be the CEO's 'right hand', trusted to manage complex projects, oversee office management, and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Strategic Implementation : Work closely with the CEO to turn ideas into reality, managing projects from inception to completion. Diary & Schedule Management : Optimize the CEO's time, ensuring that meetings, appointments, and travel are managed efficiently and conflict-free. Office Management : Oversee all office operations, from supply management to facilities maintenance, ensuring a smooth and productive environment. Team Leadership : Lead and support the administrative team, manage recruitment efforts, and implement staff development programs. High-Level Correspondence : Handle confidential correspondence, draft reports, and ensure all communications reflect the CEO's voice and the firm's values. Event Coordination : Plan and execute internal events, including team-building activities and staff recognition programs. About the CEO :

Experience : Prior experience as a PA, Office Manager, or in a similar executive support role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. Skills : Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Attitude : A proactive, professional, and approachable demeanor, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage a variety of tasks with grace.
