Personal Assistant / Senior Administration Officer Immanuel College is a co-educational Day and Boarding School of the Lutheran Church of Australia providing education from Years 7 – 12 to students from across Australia and around the world. We are an award-winning independent school recognised for our innovative approach to education, our progressive learning environments and our world-class learning, arts and sports facilities.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to join us on a 12-month parental leave contract . This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Senior School and offers a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant educational community. As the Personal Assistant/Senior Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our senior school operations. This position is designed for an all-rounder who can manage administrative duties, support leadership, and contribute to the strategic objectives of the Senior School.
Key Selection Criteria: Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
3 – 5 years proven administrative and secretarial experience at a senior level.
Extensive use of computer packages including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, with the ability and commitment to maintain currency.
Experience in providing excellent customer service and maintaining good public client relations.
Experience in letter and report writing and collation of data and reports.
Experience in the use of electronic media as a means of communication.
Familiarity with school administration process and database systems is desirable but not essential.
