It's a short-stay unit, with patients staying in AMU for up to 48 hours before moving to a specialty unit or being discharged to outpatient or community-based services.
The unit is designed to deliver timely, evidence-based, and holistic care supported by a strong multi-disciplinary team.
Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to: Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.Note: This is a temporary position available for a period of nine months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency.
