Your new role:
As the Personal Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for a range of HR projects and administrative tasks.
Some of your duties include but are not limited to:
High level calendar and inbox management
Triage requests to meet with the HR director and prioritise meetings
Proof read correspondence, policies and presentations
Meeting management; prepare briefing notes and take minutes
Assist with various HR projects and provide HR administration support
About you:
As an experienced Personal Assistant, you will bring:
Proven experience as an PA
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Extensive experience with calendar and inbox management
Advanced computer skills especially in the Microsoft Office suite
Unwavering integrity and confidentiality
Experience working within a HR team is highly regarded
Experience in the education sector is advantageous but not essential
