PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support) World Class Conveyancing is looking for a fabulous personal assistant for the busy Director.
The busy director runs 3 Conveyancing companies and really needs help with everything.
The perfect candidate will have the following skills:
Great attention to detail Easy going and willing to lend a hand in all aspects of business and some personal tasks Can think quickly on their feet Eager to help the director succeed and free up time so she can focus on bigger tasks Some of the tasks involved are as follows:
Assistance with personal tasks Managing calls on mobiles Liaising with other parties including clients, team members, business associates, or any party involved in Conveyancing or the business/personal as a whole Assisting with any social media tasks needed Assisting with any payroll or Xero tasks needed / liaising with accountant if needed Calendar management / booking or managing appointments Attending to Australia Post / banking if needed, very little Meeting with clients if needed Drop off or collection of documents if needed General tasks or any ad hoc duties Assist the director with whatever she may need The role can be part-time or full-time. You may need to work a Saturday in lieu of a weekday to assist with attending some auctions or open homes.
Please keep in mind this is a personal assistant role, so you will be managing the personal life and business life of the director.
