We have a full-time position of Personal Assistant in Port Douglas QLD, 4877.
SKILLS The business requires the following qualifications and experience for the Personal Assistant position:
Hold at least an AQF (or equivalent) Diploma; andHave at least 1 year of experience (minimum of 35 hours per week).RESPONSIBILITIES Our Personal Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations of our business.
This will be done by being providing high-level administrative and organizational support to managers and professionals within our company.
This role involves being responsible for facilitating communication, coordinating tasks, and managing schedules, allowing senior staff to focus on strategic initiatives.
POSITION DUTIES You will need to undertake the following duties:
Assist in creating, updating, and managing company websites to ensure content is current and engaging for users.Oversee the sale of both long-term and short-term advertising packages, liaising with potential clients and securing agreements to meet business targets.Handle client interactions, manage contracts, and ensure timely renewal or negotiation of agreements.Generate and interpret reports on audience engagement, open rates, and marketing campaign effectiveness to support business decision-making.in the development and implementation of marketing tools and campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Beehiv, social media, etc.
), ensuring alignment with business objectives.Draft reports, briefing notes, correspondence, and other documents as required, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Manage the appointment scheduling and follow-ups, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and act as a secretary where required, ensuring proper follow-up on actions.Organize and maintain confidential files, correspondence, and business records to support the smooth functioning of the office.Process incoming and outgoing mail, screen telephone calls, and handle inquiries with professionalism.REQUIRED SKILLS Ability to organise schedules, meeting effectively.Proficient in handling multiple enquiries and escalating these as necessary.Skilled in using Office Software.Ability to build strong relationships within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.SALARY The salary offered will be $70,000 to $80,000 per annum based on your experience.
