**Job Description:**

Mohawk Industries is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a trusted partner to our executives, the Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our organization. This is a part-time role located in Perth, Western Australia, offering a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that fosters transparent communication at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Executive Support:**
- Assist executives with daily scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, and internal/external communications.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.

2. **Administrative Tasks:**
- Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and electronic records, ensuring all documentation is accessible and up to date.

3. **Research & Reporting:**
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed for projects and executive decisions.
- Analyze data and provide insights to aid in the decision-making process.

4. **Project Coordination:**
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and meetings, handling equipment, venue arrangements, and catering services.

5. **Communication:**
- Foster effective communication within the team and across departments; facilitate open dialogue for sharing ideas and feedback.
- Communicate on behalf of the executive to clients and stakeholders, ensuring professionalism and clarity.

6. **Problem Solving:**
- Utilize critical thinking and negotiation skills to address issues that arise, ensuring resolutions are timely and effective.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively offer solutions.

7. **Office Management:**
- Oversee office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain a productive working environment through organization and management of office activities.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in a corporate setting.

- **Additional Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute for meetings and events as needed.
