Griffith City Smash are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Personal Assistant to join their team in Griffith NSW 268.The Successful Candidate Will Need To Undertake And Possess: Collaborating with colleagues on operational matters within the organizationConducting research and compiling reports, briefing notes, memoranda, correspondence, and other standard documentsSafeguarding confidential files and documentsAttending meetings and providing secretarial support as neededManaging appointment schedules and coordinating travel arrangementsHandling incoming and outgoing mail, filing correspondence, and maintaining recordsScreening phone calls and responding to inquiriesTaking dictation for letters and other documents and transcribing themPotentially supervising other secretarial and clerical staffSkills & Abilities:Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Personal AssistantExcellent communication skills & the ability to work in a team environmentSalary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with skills and experience.Full-time position available.Applications open 6th of November 2024 and close on 6th December 2024.If you are interested in this role, APPLY now.
