An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Personal Assistant to work closely with a successful entrepreneur to support his busy lifestyle, family, business and property portfolios together with some home organisation. 
This role will predominately be working from home, so a suitable home office or work environment is essential, however there is a regular need to meet on site at the personal home, office, or other locations as required. 
Your diary management skills will keep schedules organised and efficient. If you love organising, communicating and making things happen, this rewarding role is the ideal opportunity for you.
Duties & Responsibilities: Calendar Management – coordinate all meetings, ensure documents/requirements are prepared for each appointment Drafting emails and correspondence on behalf of the DirectorManage extensive travel arrangements  Working with the bookkeeper to ensure the timely payment and reconciliation of invoices/accounts Oversee contractors to manage home requirements General administration Key Requirements: 2 years minimum experience as a PA or EA Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Highly developed time management and organisational skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing extensive travel arrangements Forward thinker - able to work well under pressureExercise discretion and maintain confidentiality Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to think outside the boxDrivers Licence & own vehicle essential as flexibility in working location is required If you are seeking a great variety in your day supporting an entrepreneur (one on one) and prefer to work mostly from home, then this role will be ideal for you.
