About the Role: As part of AGL's Climate Transition Action Plan, we have committed to closing our thermal assets and replacing them with renewable energy and battery storage. We have major plans to develop and construct 5 GW by 2030 and 12 GW by 2035.
Support the General Manager Construction and his team in delivering this decarbonisation strategy by providing highly professional support services which support the effective planning and execution of the business strategy and team activities.
What you'll be doing: Email and diary management for the General Manager, including prioritisation of meetings and commitmentsCoordination of all meetings/conferences and preparation of agendas, documents, and presentation materialsDeal promptly and comprehensively with all inquiries and correspondenceBuild a cohesive team within the Personal Assistants team to promote a "one team" approach, organising career development workshops and mentoring junior AssistantsGeneral administrative tasks, including processing travel requirements, expenses, and assisting the team where appropriateAbout You: You will ideally have experience as a Personal Assistant within a large and complex organisation. You will have a proactive approach, a high level of business acumen, and awareness of business priorities.
