CoreStaff Darwin are calling for an experienced Personal Assistant and we have an exciting Full Time Permanent Opportunity for the right person on offer!About our Client:Our Client is one of the largest legal partnerships and a nationwide lawyers firm offering exceptional quality legal advice to its commercial and government clients from offices located in every Australian State and Territory. Our Darwin based office is searching for an experienced Personal Assistant Professional to join our clients team.About the Role & Responsibilities:The primary purpose of this role is to support the Partners within the Darwin Corporate and Commercial Practice Group, in the provision of a high level of service to clients, the meeting of administration requirements and the achievement of productivity targets through effective administrative support.Providing a high degree of administration support and reporting requirements in a timely mannerDrafting and typing of correspondence and documents and effectively maintaining all files, including daily filingPhotocopying, faxing, binding and collation of documentsMaintaining daily file reminders and calendars and arranging internal and external meetings when requestedUndertaking all billings and related accounts administrationAssisting with debtor collection activities as directedVarious Paralegal duties which may arise from time to time i.e. conducting research; drafting documents; attending meetings and liaising with clientsAssisting to reach all set KPI's through collaborative effective time management, prioritisation and organisation of workflowProactively providing support, where needed, to other staff in the officeProfessionally dealing with clients and other external parties over the phone or in personProactively and promptly managing client queries and expectations and ensuring their concerns are adequately dealt withTo be successful for this role, you will need the following:Demonstrate professionalism and provide high end secretarial administration supportExcellent organisational and time management skills, and well developed oral and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailProfessional phone manner and communication skillsExperience in an Office Setting, with the use of computers, phones and managing email inboxes.Benefits:Full Time Permanent OpportunityDarwin basedAttractive salary packageCoreStaff is a leader in workplace diversity, and we encourage applications from Indigenous Australians for all roles, females for non-traditional female roles, and applicants with disabilities to apply for all of our jobs.If this sounds like you apply now.
