This role involves providing top-notch support to the Managing Director and the wider team. It is ideal for a highly organised and efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and possesses initiative and a strong service focus.
Key Responsibilities: Diary management, travel booking, meeting organization, event coordination including property viewings, client meetings.Assistance with coordinating marketing campaigns, including drafting and producing advertising material, information memorandums, property listings, brochures, presentations and building information packs.Proactive planning, coordination, and organisation of functions and meetings.Drafting and reviewing correspondence.Devising and maintaining office systems, implementing improvements as needed.Liaising with internal and external clients, responding to queries promptly and efficiently.Producing high-quality documents, submissions, reports, and presentations.General administrative and ad hoc duties as required.Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information and discussions.To be successful in this position, you must demonstrate significant experience in a similar role. You should be self-motivated, able to build effective relationships with both external clients and internal staff, a quick learner, hardworking, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple demands. A high level of computer competency is essential.
While a real estate license is an advantage, it is not required.
