Personal Assistant – Flinders Office

We are seeking a full time personal assistant to join the team in our Flinders office. Location: Flinders OfficeSchedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pmDuties include:Handling and responding to all incoming correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters.Scheduling appointments and managing diary entries to optimize time and resources effectively.Setting timely reminders for meetings, appointments, and important tasks to ensure punctuality and preparedness.Making travel and hotel arrangements for team members and clients as needed.Assisting in planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events to facilitate impactful experiences.Attending meetings, taking detailed notes, preparing accurate minutes, and distributing them to all participants.Liaising with both internal team members and external parties, such as clients and the press, to maintain smooth communication channels.Conducting outbound sales calls to engage potential clients and promote our services.Taking the lead in creating and distributing the monthly newsletter to keep our stakeholders informed and engaged.Conducting daily online staff audits to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.About You:2-years minimum experience as Personal Assistant or similarHigh level of knowledge of office 365Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in time management, organization, and multitasking.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.Familiarity with outbound sales techniques is a plus.Experience in event planning or coordination is desirable.Basic knowledge of NDIS or disability services would be beneficial.NSW Driver License and Comprehensive Insurance for your carWorking With Children CheckNDIS Worker CheckFirst Aid and CPRWork Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)Join our friendly and supportive team!Send an expression of interest via the online Contact form.
