This is a great opportunity to work alongside a successful commercial Sales & Leasing agent in the South East. You will work alongside him and learn and absorb all things commercial. Excellent on the job training here.
About The Client And The Role
This role will see you working with a longstanding reputable brand in the South East. Their name is synonymous with top level service and knowledge of the commercial space. They have some large projects about to go live and they are seeking a junior person to assist with the day to day duties required to make their day run smoothly. from market research, buyer call back, attending meetings with vendors/buyers etc. This is a fabulous first role in commercial sales and leasing!
The Ideal Candidate
Demonstrates a keen interest in commercial sales/leasing Have a great background working with numbers, accounts, Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Has minimum of Cert 4 in Real Estate - Property degree is highly desirbable Has a great head for figures, numbers stats Has a car and current license Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
