CGU strategically supports implementation of the clinical governance program across Alfred Health to drive delivery of safe and high-quality patient centred care.
The CGU consists of three streams: Risk Management Quailty and Safety Data Systems Quailty Standards and Improvement Position Summary We are seeking a highly organised and motivated person to join our dynamic team to provide a range of administrative functions to support the Director of Clinical Governance (CGU).
Functions include diary management, travel management, record administration, event coordination, design and production of communication material and reports and project support .
Experience and Skills Required Previous administration experience in a health setting Experience and accuracy in all facets of Microsoft Office and proficiency in sourcing information through internet search engines Proven ability in a similar environment where highly developed organisational skills are required as well as proficiency in a wide range of administrative support skills.
Diary management including arranging meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders Support for the Director with timely production of agendas and minutes.
