Are you a former superyacht stewardess looking to segway into a personal / admin assistant role?Are you looking for a role primarily based on the Gold Coast?An excellent opportunity has become available for a former superyacht professional to provide complete administrative support to the Production Manager and Project Manager in a fast-paced, collaborative project environment.Your day-to-day will be based on-site in Coomera as the go-to administrative support for a superyacht refit project. You will also be providing PA/EA support to the office executives.Support to the Project Management team includes:General project administrationAttend meetings and prepare meeting minutesConsolidate and present invoices for approvalGeneral office administrative duties (ordering and stocking office supplies, etc.)Support to the Manager includes:Travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, cars)Organising deliveries and other personal logistics, liaising with key contacts, etc.Administrative support for other ongoing projects within the businessCalendar and email managementAttend meetings and prepare meeting minutesKey Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong experience across Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional attention to detailProactive, keen to solve problemsOrganised and efficient approach to workBackground experience/knowledge of high-end marine industry or high-end architectural/engineering industry preferredThe position could suit a highly organised superyacht stewardess looking to segway into a land-based career on the Gold Coast.Must have the ability to work flexible hours and be attentive to the requirements of both the project & production managers.Start: When foundSalary: Attractive hourly rate, full-time contract, discussed on application.
