Responsibilities: Supervise, coach, and delegate work to juniors in the team Review financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, companies, and SMSFs Assist Partner with business performance, structuring, wealth, and asset protection engagements Manage end-to-end a designated client list, managing the initial scope of clients' requirements Set budgets and delivery timelines, and manage fees and requirements that fall outside of scope Experience and Academic Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree, and have completed CA/CPA studies Approximately 5+ years' experience in Australian public practice Experience in managing client relationships, and leading complex and diverse engagements Thorough understanding of tax issues such as Division 7A, GST, FBT, SMSFs Experience in coaching and managing workflow of junior staff Employee Benefits: Work from anywhere in Australia for up to one month each year.
