Reporting to the PTW and Works Management Manager, you will key support of the PTW System (ePAS) in training, system administration and support.
• Act as a key contact for ePAS system support and in setting up new users and core team members.• Act as a key link between users of the system, D&T and the external provider of the ePAS system.• Lead investigations in PTW related incidents and make recommendations on improvement opportunities.• Provide adhoc support in the PTW system with procedures/updates and other duties.
This is a permanent, full time position based in our Brisbane Office. ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will:
• Hold a relevant Associate degree / advance diploma qualification or similar desirable.• Extensive experience and understanding of PTW systems or other similar systems.• Experience in system administration.• Experience within the heavy engineering industry (power generation industry would be advantageous).• Experience in delivery of system training.• Ability to learn new systems and provide training and other support.
