This is a permanent position in our sugar processing factory which requires shift work during the crushing season, including weekends, overtime and day work during the maintenance period. The Boiler Operator is a hands-on position responsible for the operation of the boilers, generators and bagasse system. It is essential that the person we are seeking has the relevant competencies, experience, and qualifications, specifically a High-Risk Work Licence for Turbine Operator (TO) and Advanced Boiler Operator (BA) The Opportunity While the following qualifications are requirements in this role, we are prepared to provide training to people who possess the right aptitude and team fit: High Risk Work Licence for Turbine Operator (TO) and Advanced Boiler Operator (BA) Confined Space Working at Heights You will need to possess excellent communication skills to provide regular/accurate feedback on work status.
