Our client is looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a small animal practice located on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW.Role:As the Lead Vet (along with the support of the practice manager), you will lead a team of passionate vets and vet nurses delivering personalized, professional, and dedicated care to our client's patients and their owners.
You will also be responsible for the management and supervision of the financial and clinical function of the business.Requirements:Bachelor of Veterinary Science + current Veterinary Board Registration or eligibility for veterinary board registration in AustraliaProven veterinary experience within a senior role will be highly regardedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCalm, compassionate, and professional demeanorAttention to detail and excellent time management skillsLeadership skills and team orientationThe Practice:Located on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW – plenty of beaches and bush walks to enjoy.

The client base is varied, but includes a significant breeder clientele, plus they have expertise in feline medicine and ferrets.Services include general consultation and examinations, vaccinations, tumor and cancer treatment, soft tissue, ophthalmic and orthopedic surgeries, dentistry, anesthesia, and microchipping.
