Permanent Educator - Spring Gully

We are searching for a permanent educator to join our amazing team in Spring Gully!

Educators are the center of our business; you will be actively engaged in guiding children's growth for those who enjoy our before and after-school care and vacation care for children in the school we partner with, helping each child meet them where they are at in their development. Get paid above award hourly rates ($27 - $32 p/h) No weekend work Split shift allowances paid for when you work Before School Care & After School Care, or if you have a team meeting unattached to a shift Career growth and development via internal promotion You will be paid for your onboarding and continuing professional training and development Learning specialists in your state to support you with your growth Support from your Service Coordinator, Regional Manager, and the leadership team Gain experience working with children to complement your studies and career

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Supervise and support a group of primary aged children Engage in a fun, safe, and compliant program Prepare and serve healthy food options Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community Nurture a positive environment for learning and enriching play-based educational experiences

ABOUT YOU:

You have an enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare, with the ability to form positive relationships You have completed or are actively studying a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent You hold a valid Working with Children Check (or are willing to obtain) You have First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates (or are willing to obtain)
