In this role, you will
Support our Metro East branches by being the first point of contact for our customers.
Work with your customers to identify the most suitable products and services that best match their needs and ensure they receive a seamless, consistent, and customised customer service experience every step of the way.
Assist our customers with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
Ensure all customer details are accurate and up to date.
Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple, easy, and secure.
Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career development.

The Hours
Join our team in this permanent Monday to Friday role within the hours 9:15am-4:30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:15am-5:30pm Friday.
In this role your skills and expertise will be required to cover our Metro East branches.
Metro East branches include Box Hill, Brandon Park, Croydon, Doncaster, Doncaster East, Eastland, Forest Hill, Glen Waverley, Kew, Knox, & Chirnside Park branches.
This is a permanent 5 day per week role and a valid licence and transport is essential. *Mileage paid
